Brief Introduction
STC-VGB-12D is an internet of things vacuum glovebox, with the features of centralized equipment management intelligent analysis & early warning of equipment status, the abnormal alarm message is actively pushed, remote fault diagnosis and online debugging. H2O & O2<1ppm. The leakage rate of box is 0.05 vol%/h. It is widely used for Lithium Battery, Physical Chemistry, OLED&PLED, Organometallic, Solar Cell, Semi-Conductor, Catalyst, Material Handling, Fine Chemicals, Polymeric Materials, Powder Metallurgy, Special Welding, Special Lamps, Nuclear Technology, Pharmaceutical etc.
Key Features
● With Inert gas’s inclosed circulation by blower and purifier, H2O and O2 can be removed continuously.
● Material for removing H2O and O2 can be regenerated. The process of regeneration is controlled by programs.
● The replacement of atmosphere in a glove box is achieved automatically by purging valves.
● The pressure in the glove box is automatically controlled by PLC and can be freely set, exceeding+/- 16mbar for automatic protection by the system.
● The vacuum pump is started automatically when necessary and turned off after a period of idle time (only for dual purifier).
